We are committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and ensuring every child can learn, play, and thrive. Our team works closely with families to understand each child’s unique needs and put the right strategies in place. We provide personalised approaches, adapt the environment, and work in partnership with other agencies, such as health professionals, SALT, SENAS and specialist services, to ensure children receive consistent, well-coordinated support.

Amaryllis Preschool offers a gentle and supportive early learning experience for children aged 2–3, helping them build confidence and social skills, preparing children for nursery school. Our child-led curriculum encourages curiosity, communication, and independent thinking through play, exploration, and routine. We take great care to ensure transitions into school settings are positive and well-supported.

This preschool setting is ideal for children aged 2–3 who are beginning to explore learning within a small group environment, as well as families who prefer a term-time routine. It offers a gentle and nurturing start for children preparing for nursery or primary school, providing a calm space where they can develop emotional security and confidence. Through child-led play, children are supported to build social skills, communication, curiosity, and problem-solving, while familiar routines help them gain independence and resilience. Our team works closely with families to ensure transitions into Kings Road Primary School or other local schools feel positive and reassuring, creating a warm foundation for early learning rooted in stability, care, and connection. Our preschool offers full-time care from 8:30am to 3:30pm, as well as part-time options from 8:30am to 11:30am or from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. Please contact us for current availability.

Our nursery is ideal for babies and young children, offering full-day or part-day care in a warm, community-focused setting. It’s perfect for families who value a gentle, relationship-led approach, where staff take time to understand each child. Children enjoy a caring, secure environment with playful activities that spark curiosity and support their emotional well-being. They develop confidence, communication, independence, and positive social skills through everyday routines and interactions. Families are welcomed as partners, building strong, trusting relationships with practitioners who know and value their child.
